Collaboration & hourly rate.

How does the order process work? Below you will find my working method from application to launch in 5 steps.

Are you a new customer? Then I would like to get to know you first. Have we worked together before? Then the first two steps will probably go very smoothly and I can get started for you quickly.

1. Application
You can get in touch using the contact form, by sending an e-mail or by telephone/WhatsApp. You will usually receive a response within 24 hours.

2. Wishes & offer
After receiving your request, we will discuss your wishes. For small short assignments, a short contact moment is often enough. This could be done by telephone, e-mail or video call. I would be happy to meet with you for large projects and long-term collaborations. In both cases I will process your wishes in a quotation.

3. Non-binding concept & feedback
After everything is clear for me regarding what you are looking for, I will start working for you without obligation. Even before you have agreed to the quotation, I can provide you with a free proposal. If you do not want to continue after seeing this proposal? No problem either.
You will receive the design sketches in your mailbox within the agreed terms. You can then give your feedback on this so that you will be 100% satisfied with the result. Are the designs and quotations approved? Then I will send you a (partial) invoice and we will proceed to the finalizing and delivery of the files.

4. Finalizing
You will receive the final designs in the appropriate extensions for print or digital use as soon as the invoice is paid. Would you like me to arrange the printing for you? Everything is possible! I am happy to advise you on material choices and send the files with the correct specifications to the printshop. A few days later you will receive the printed order from the courier.

5. Agree + launch
The time has come, your order is completely to your liking and you can proudly share the work. Of course I hope this is the start of a long-term collaboration!

Frequently Asked Questions.

What is your hourly rate?
– Normally my hourly rate is €80,- excluding VAT.
However, this amount may vary per project and its complexity. The total amount can also be a lot lower for long-term projects.

Are you immediately available?
– Yes, I am generally available for 3 or 4 days a week.

How long do projects take on average?
-This depends on the type of project, the size of the project, but also how fast the communication goes. As a guideline, you can assume approximately 4 to 5 weeks for a brand identity or website, and 1 to 2 weeks for a logo or magazine layout. I try to complete smaller assignments within 24 hours.

How do I get good images or text for my website?
– Are you going for your own photography or stock images? I am happy to help you with both options. I can take care of the styling, photography and videography when your project requires it. Or I can select the necessary free or paid stock images for you. Everything is possible!
